1) Thames Centre will be reopening the landfill for YARD WASTE and CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS only. Due to limited staffing resources, it took some time to manage logistics, but the landfill will be open as of WEDNESDAY APRIL 8th! Remember, yard waste is free of charge to dump at the landfill for all Thames Centre residents. For information, including hours of operation and address to the landfill, click here.
2) Reminder to residents that for the duration of the state of emergency in Thames Centre - ONE bag of garbage that you put out on your garbage day, does NOT need a bag tag. Any additional bags after that one, do require a bag tag.
